We do not disclose any payment information processed through the app to other companies or individuals unless requested by a lawful authority. These details are handled solely by our team. For hotels, verification involves valid star rating certificates and commercial registration proof.

Financial Terms:

● Service Fees: Service fees imposed by Aroovia at the time of booking are non-refundable, except under the host’s cancellation policy. This fee is set at 8%.

● Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely through our integrated payment solutions. Aroovia ensures that all payment information is encrypted and stored securely, adhering to the highest security standards.

● Cancellations and Refunds: Guests are encouraged to review the cancellation policy associated with each property before booking. The specific cancellation policy for each listing is determined by the host and prominently displayed on the property booking page.

Prohibited Activities:

● Legal Compliance: You are responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations regarding your use of Aroovia.

● Policy Enforcement: In case of policy violations, Aroovia reserves the right to take any necessary actions, including but not limited to, suspending account access, removing listings, and initiating legal proceedings to address such violations.
